Treasurer James Dunbar has been a resident of the SASA for eight years. He has served as President in '06 and Treasurer in '07 for the Association before returning again in '09 as Treasurer.
Dunbar previously worked for IBM in branch, district, and divisional finance positions with management of budgets ranging from $50,000 to $200 million. Dunbar would like to see more volunteerism from the residents of The Summit. At the present time, he has two specific goals: 1) equalize pool payments so that all members are charged the same for the same privelege of sharing this amenity; 2)educate members and implement a two-tier dues structure as a means for equalizing the distribution of dues for all common areas. Dunbar believes that this equalization will improve the solvency of our Association for the future.
