NOTICES

Dues Increase:  Residents should expect a 10% dues increase against real dues effective January 1st, 2011.

Informational Meeting:  There will be an informational meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28th concerning both an excessive utility charge for internal residents in the common buildings as well as an insurance and maintenance charge for detached garages.  These residents should expect to pay an additional $10.00 monthly.  Please watch the mailbox areas for postings on this meeting.

Clubhouse Key Distribution:  Any resident who has not yet received a key to the Clubhouse has two alternatives: he or she may pick up a key  1)from Treasurer James Dunbar (330-286-5299) or  2)from Brodmor Management Company (330-726-7330) at their Western Reserve office location.  Additional keys are $5.00 a piece.

New Board Elected:  On Saturday, April 10th, the community approved a new board of directors whose members are listed above. For more information on the SASA board members, click on the "Meet the Board" tab.  Recognition  and thanks goes to Mary Beth Sebastiano, the outgoing President, who has served as a board member on and off for the past nine years.

Water Billing: Beginning Feb. 1st, '10, the Youngstown Water Dept. is instituting an 8.75% rate increase that will affect resident billing.  This same increase will continue each year on January 1st for the next four years.  Please be prepared to see higher water bills.

Parking:   A reminder to all residents that no building has specifically designated parking areas.  Visitors of residents must share available parking spaces next to the owner's building, and when those spaces are taken, the overflow must go to whatever areas are available.  Please remember that visitors may also use the parking circle near the entrance to the Clubhouse.

Vehicle Towing: A reminder that no resident is permitted to leave his/her vehicle parked permanently in the available guest parking spaces.  Any vehicle that remains there for any length of time will be towed.   Refer to the Rules & Regulations Booklet (see Toolbar tab above) for more information.
